If you've added a paid plan, billing starts and you keep full access. If you haven't, your account automatically continues on the free Starter plan — no action needed, and your data is never deleted.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
